LIVE MANAGER TRAINING
Manager Ready
Live training for the people who actually manage your people. One to two hours a session, delivered at your premises or online, built around how your organisation genuinely works rather than a generic slide deck. Small groups, between four and fifteen, so people talk instead of listening.

How we deliver it
Every session is written for your organisation. Your policies, your sector, the situations your managers are dealing with right now. We use live simulation to put managers into the conversation rather than describe it to them, so they practise the difficult bit before they meet it for real.
Run one session, or build a programme
Take a single session on the topic that is causing you the most trouble. Or run one module a month across a year and build a proper line manager toolkit, so managers get one thing at a time and actually use it before the next arrives.
WHAT WE COVER
Sessions we deliver
These are the sessions we are asked for most often. Every one is rewritten for your organisation before we deliver it, and if what you need is not here, ask us.

Meet your trainers

Sue Bancroft
FCIPD
Sue trained legally during her HR career and it shows in the room. She takes employment law that managers find intimidating and turns it into something they can actually apply on Monday morning, without losing the detail that matters.

Chloe Wallace
Assoc CIPD
Chloe takes on the sessions people would rather avoid. Sensitive situations, difficult conversations, the scenarios managers dread. She teaches through storytelling, so what people learn stays with them long after the session ends.
What are your managers getting wrong?
Tell us where it keeps going wrong and we will tell you what we would run and why.
